App: Dayeri (ملك الدائري), Android package com.dayeri, version 1

Developer: Ezzeldin

This Privacy Policy explains how the Dayeri Android game handles information. The gameplay, bundled graphics, and game audio run locally on your device and can be used offline. The app also uses Google Mobile Ads to request and display interstitial advertisements; ad requests require an internet connection. The app does not require you to create an account.

1. Summary

  • The app does not ask you to register or provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location to play.
  • Game progress and preferences—including coins, best score, selected vehicle, control method, audio preferences, and the number of completed runs—are stored locally on your device.
  • If you choose tilt controls, the app uses accelerometer readings locally while you play; it does not retain a history of those readings or send them to the developer.
  • Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share certain data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, as described below. Ad requests require an internet connection; gameplay remains available offline.
  • Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) may present a consent or privacy message where required. If Google says a privacy-options entry point is required, it is available in the app's Settings.

2. Information stored locally by Dayeri

Gameplay progress and settings

The app stores a small set of gameplay values on your device so it can remember your progress and preferences. These may include your coin balance, best score, selected vehicle, control method, music and sound-effect settings, and completed-run count. The values are kept in the app's local preferences using Android app storage. They are used to provide game features, including showing an interstitial ad after every three completed runs when an ad is available and permitted.

Accelerometer data for tilt control

If you select tilt control, the app reads accelerometer measurements while a race is in progress and uses them immediately to steer the vehicle. The readings are processed on your device, are not used by Dayeri to determine your identity or location, and are not retained as a history or transmitted by the game to the developer.

Audio

The game plays music and sound-effect files bundled with the app. It does not record audio, access your microphone, or transmit audio recordings.

3. Google Mobile Ads and information processed for advertising

The app integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (GMA Next-Gen) to load interstitial advertisements. According to Google's current SDK disclosure, the SDK automatically collects and shares the following categories of information for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes:

  • IP address: may be used to estimate a device's general location.
  • Product interactions: interaction information such as app launches, taps, and video views.
  • Diagnostic information: information related to app and SDK performance, such as app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage.
  • Device and account identifiers: Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, and, where applicable, other identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK sends this information to Google and may share it as needed to provide advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud-prevention services. Google states that information collected by GMA Next-Gen is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Advertising ID collection is optional; users can reset or delete the Advertising ID using Android settings. The exact data processing may depend on Google's services, your device settings, applicable consent choices, and the ads returned to the app.

Dayeri does not receive a copy of the SDK's raw advertising identifiers through the game's own local save system. Google handles its SDK data under Google's applicable terms and privacy disclosures. For more information, see Google's GMA Next-Gen data disclosure and Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Consent and privacy choices

The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request current consent information when the app starts and to show a consent form when one is required for the user or region. The form and available choices are provided and configured through AdMob's Privacy & messaging tools. The app will request ads only when UMP indicates that ad requests may be made. If UMP requires a privacy-options entry point, you can reopen the privacy form from the app's Settings under “Privacy options and ads.”

You can also manage or reset the Android Advertising ID through your device's Android privacy or advertising settings. Your choices and available controls may vary by region and device.

5. Internet access and offline play

The game scene, graphics, audio, and saved gameplay values are available locally. Google Mobile Ads needs network access to request advertisements and send SDK information described above. If the device is offline or no ad is available, an ad may not appear; the game continues and the completed run is not delayed. The app does not send gameplay saves or tilt readings to a Dayeri-operated server.

6. Information the game does not directly request

Dayeri itself does not provide account registration or ask you to submit your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or precise location. This statement does not exclude the information handled by the third-party Google Mobile Ads SDK described in Section 3.

7. Sharing

Game progress and settings stored by Dayeri remain in the app's local storage and are not uploaded to a Dayeri game server. Data handled by Google Mobile Ads may be shared by that SDK with Google for advertising, analytics, measurement, and fraud prevention as described in Section 3. Google Play, Android, and Blogger may separately process information under their own policies when you use those platforms.

8. Device backups and platform services

Android's device-backup feature may back up app data if backups are enabled on your device and allowed by your Android or backup-provider settings. Such a backup is handled by the device operating system or backup provider, not by a Dayeri game server. Review your device and backup-provider settings and policies for details.

9. Data retention and deletion

Gameplay preferences and progress remain in the app's local storage until you clear the app's storage/data or uninstall the app. Clearing local app data or uninstalling normally removes the locally stored game values. If device backups are enabled, a backup may have separate retention and deletion settings controlled by Android or your backup provider.

The developer does not maintain a server-side profile or database of your gameplay progress. Google controls retention of information processed by its advertising SDK under its own policies. For Google-account or advertising data choices, use Google's and Android's available privacy controls.

10. Security

Game preferences are kept in the app's local storage and are not intended for sensitive information. Google's SDK disclosure states that the data it collects is encrypted in transit using TLS. No method of storing information on a device or transmitting information over a network can be guaranteed to be completely secure; protect your device and review its settings.

11. Children's privacy

The game does not include user accounts, chat, or communication features. It uses Google Mobile Ads, and advertising treatment may depend on the audience and age settings configured for the app in Google Play and AdMob. The developer must configure the target audience and advertising settings accurately. If you believe a child has provided information directly to the developer outside the app, contact us using the details below.

12. Your choices and privacy rights

  • Change the vehicle and game settings within Dayeri.
  • Use the UMP privacy-options control in Settings when it is required and displayed.
  • Manage the Android Advertising ID and related device privacy settings in Android settings.
  • Clear the app's local data or uninstall the app to remove locally stored progress and preferences.
  • Contact the developer below with a privacy question or a request under a law that applies to you. Data held by Google may need to be managed using Google's own privacy controls.

13. International users and Blogger

Google Mobile Ads and Google UMP may process information in locations determined by Google and its services. This policy is published on Blogger; Google/Blogger may process information about visitors to the policy page, such as technical logs or cookie-related information, under the platform's own terms and settings. Those activities are separate from the Dayeri mobile game.

14. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the app's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. When it is updated, the revised policy will be published at this Blogger page and the effective date above will be changed. Please review this page from time to time.
